IT Recruitment is the core of our recruitment business.  We have been recruiting Software developers since 2008. Our main focus is Remote IT Recruitment and we deal mostly with Senior and Mid level positions for our clients.

2. Duration of the recruitment process
A complete recruitment lasts up to 8 weeks, during this time we approach all the professionals of interest. In exceptional cases, candidates may get hired in a much shorter time (1 or 2 weeks), if they are available.

3. Recruitment stages

The recruitment includes the following stages:

3.1. Knowing the company: the goal is to gather relevant informations and to identify the competitive advantages or "the selling points". These may be related to organizational culture, technologies, the team, the projects or the benefits package and are used to attract the candidates who match the profile of the company and the position.

3.2. Analyzing the job specifications: identifying the most important criterias and using them to develop remote interview questions, by which we obtain the needed informations for our clients. 

3.3. Searching for candidates: we use direct search methods based on networking. This is the most labourous part of the process, as we contact every person who appears to have the skills for the role. We do our best to present the company in a realistic way, so they can decide if they want to join.

3.4. Interviewing the candidates: at this stage, remote interviews take place between our recruiters and all the persons who expressed interest in the position. Most topics that are relevant for the position are covered.

3.5. Presenting the candidates: our clients get a report about each candidate, which includes the person's experience with the required technologies, availability, financial expectations etc. Based on all the informations, the company may decide if they want to include the proposed candidate in their selection process.

3.6. Selection process with the client: candidates who are accepted participate at a personal meeting with our client, combined with all the evaluations/interviews/tests, that are part of the selection that is typically performed by the company. 

3.7.  Decision making: our client decides if the presented candidates match the expectations.  An employment offer is proposed to the selected persons.

4. Guaranteeing for the hired candidates

Our clients receive a 3 month guarantee for all the candidates hired through us. If the employment with the candidate is interrupted during this time, we engage in a new recruitment campaign and we present at least 3 new candidates for the position
